As an Atlanta resident since 1981, Debbie's husband was given the opportunity to relocate  from New York.  After visiting the area, Debbie was immediately charmed by the grace of southern living and the plantation style homes with tradtional  Southern architecture.   This marked the beginning of what was to be her new career. 

 

Debbie's strong bond with her parents, made the move difficult but led to volunteering at her daughter's school and in the community.  As a result of her community work, she became familiar with all areas of Atlanta and experienced the growth within them.  Her new found love of real estate combined with her corporate work experience was the winning recipe.

 

Debbie is completely dedicated to her clients/customers with a tiredless work ethic.  She is dynamic, aggressive, results oriented individual that has perfected the skills necessary to negotiate effectively.   

 

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how Debbie works.

 

That said, in Debbie's experience as a real estate professional, she also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting her clients first. This means keeping herself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

 

This "client first" philosophy has always been Debbie's approach and it requires her to continually improve her skills and ways of doing business. In addition, she found that the latest technologies are enabling her to do everything much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped her to extend the range of services she provides to her clients/customers.
